S. Ramadorai

Chairman

Mr Ramadorai is the Chairman of the Board. He retired as the Vice Chairman of Tata Consultancy Services in 2014 after an association of over 4 decades with the company. He currently serves on the boards of several companies. In addition to his contribution to the corporate sector, Mr Ramadorai has also been deeply engaged in public service. He also served as the Chairman of the National Skill Development Authority (NSDA) and National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) until 2016. He chairs the Governing Board of TISS and of IIIT Guwahati, and the Council of Management of National Institute of Advanced Studies (NIAS). He is also the President of the Society for Rehabilitation of Crippled Children (SRCC) – which has just completed building the first phase of a super speciality children’s hospital in Mumbai. Mr Ramadorai has been honoured with several prestigious awards, including the Padma Bhushan.

Alok Kshirsagar

Alok is a senior partner and the co-leader of McKinsey Asia Center. Alok also leads McKinsey's Risk Management practice in Asia. In addition to client service, Alok leads McKinsey's pro-bono support to government and regulators on economic development and policy reform in India. The World Economic Forum named him a “Young Global Leader” in recognition of his commitment to international business and public policy. He was an Inlaks Scholar at Oxford University and has a Masters in Politics and Economics. He earned his bachelors in economics from Mumbai University.

Anirudha Dutta

Anirudha has spent the last three decades in the financial services industry in leading institutions like ICICI, ING Barings, DSP Merrill Lynch, India Infoline and CLSA. Presently he is working with Capital Group, a leading US based mutual fund, in its Mumbai office. He has been rated among the top equity analyst by trade journals, such as Asia Money the Institutional Investor Magazine. He has a keen interest in politics and policy matters. His first book “Half A Billion Rising: The Emergence of the Indian Woman” was published in 2015. Anirudha holds a B.Tech degree from IIT Kharagpur, and an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Gayatri Yadav

Gayatri is CMO for Peak XV Partners (formerly Sequoia India & Southeast Asia). She leads the firm’s marketing mandate and also works closely with portfolio companies to help them launch and grow global brands from the region. Prior to joining Sequoia, Gayatri led Marketing and also served as President, Consumer Strategy & Innovation for Star India, where she led a series of high impact marketing moves, including the network’s launch of Star Sports, Hotstar and the "Nayi Soch" brand plan on Star Plus, which aimed to drive women’s empowerment. Before Star India. She was the CMO for General Mills where she launched and scaled the Pillsbury brand in India. She started her marketing career with Procter & Gamble. She is a recognised brand builder and has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

Tarun Khanna

Tarun Khanna is Director of Harvard University’s inter-disciplinary South Asia Institute, and the Jorge Paulo Lemann Professor at the Harvard Business School. An expert on emerging markets, he writes extensively in economics strategy and management journals, is an occasional newspaper columnist, and was recently elected a Fellow of the Academy of International Business and a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. Khanna is the author of Billions of Entrepreneurs: How China and India are Reshaping their Futures, and Yours (Harvard Business Press, 2008), and coauthor of Winning in Emerging Markets: A Roadmap for Strategy and Execution (Harvard Business Press, 2010), both translated into multiple languages. He serves as a board member of several publicly traded and venture-backed companies worldwide, as well as of non-profits in the U.S. and India.

Yogesh Upadhyaya

Yogesh Upadhyaya is an independent consultant, who has extensive experience in the software and financial services sectors. Yogesh was founder-director of Fineng Solutions, which specialized in creating software products for the financial services industry, including mutual funds and banks. Yogesh had earlier worked in the advisory and ratings divisions of Crisil. He holds a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from IIM Calcutta. Yogesh was selected as a Chevening Gurukul Scholar at the London School of Economics.
